Problem: I get the error message "User not found"
Solution:
Either the web site address or the email address - or both - is not correct.
Remember, if you have changed your account's web site address or email address
you will need to enter the new values into the login fields.
If you cannot remember this information, chances are good that the most recent
email that you have received from us has
your latest account values. Check your email for one of the notification
messages that our system sends out. These emails are sent every time your site is
spidered (indexed) and, if you haven't disabled them, once a week to report your
site's activity.
