Er, I'm afraid none of them will do, because I can choose only on set of features in the same category. If I had to determine the most important traits in one line, I'd say original and traditional.
Different, which you aptly put in italics, Nan, goes without saying... Every lover is different for his/her lover.

I think this issue is one of the hardest questions to answer in the world. You know, when I was a kid, my dreaming boy is a child own a lot of toys and prefer to play with me. Then as I was teenager, I hoped to date with a guy who are handsome, humorous. Right now, I just confused what kind of guy is my favorite. He must be humorous and caring when I was sad, and he of-course have enough money when I go shopping and he is handsome and smart definitelly in addition, that is important, his love concentrate on me. In a word, he is too perfect to find words to describe him. (smile) Maybe he will come by in my dream. (tonight, I will sleep early)

NNM, I am sorry to hear that. I never had this kind of problems. So, I have no idea of it. But I find it terrible and the one who added some posts on your Blog without any notice is rather rude. I suggest you may change your 'AFF' password and your e-mail password ASAP. Make sure your computer is virus free. In addition, I am a little worry that you are not you right now, but a 'hacker' or someone else. Wish everything is ok soon. (Hope you can view this comment. I've just found that your posts were deleted)

Oasis, thank you for posting this, it helps me take the right measures. I'm going to follow your suggestions straight away, although I have NEVER used anyone else's computer and am 100% sure it is virus free. This is a total puzzle to me but the more I think about it, the more I think it is connected to my complaints – or else I wouldn't have found the same test message on the post I was inquiring about, would I?
This is NOT some hacker writing to you now, it IS me and I promise I haven't hacked my own blog!
I have hidden both posts because I am aware that reacting in such a spontaneous way when I am upset does not always bring along the best of results. I try to learn Although I do think that it could help to keep bloggers informed about such problems, I wouldn't want to give way to angry controversy on a friendly site, nor to have people think I'm overdoing it or I'm a grumpy thing by nature Actually I'm still not quite sure what I ought to do about this, but I'm still pretty upset and would be prepared to edit those two posts if it could serve a valuable purpose, but complaining hardly ever does so, doesn't it?.
I am lingering behind as far as answers to some of my commenters is concerned, and I wish to catch up on that asap. As this means a lot to me, I thought that by taking those two posts off, I could at least achieve that
Again, thank you for your kind support

Nan , don't worry so much, nothing severely, Days ago , there was a error of can not comment , i have communication with Asia FriendFinder support person ,their work way to deal with problem is quite professional, and fix well the error finally and effective .i read your post of communication with them , and think what their reply is reasonable in technology, You know ,do troubleshooting is need to test to verify the errors if fix ok , because you complain something wrong and find you seems don't understand what they had told to you , so may they would make a test to check by themselves , it is no wonder , and only the problme occured in the place where you report to them ,and have no in anther whereelse ? right ? So ,don't worry , everythins are ok
Besides , Blog in this site like a hotel , each guest to be assign a individual room -- blog space , in the normal time ,you can see this room is your privacy space , even the hotel manager should not entry without your allowing , but in the emergency time , such as something trouble take place in there , then the polices would be authorized into your room to deal with anything . So , i believe ,those tests showed in your blog space does not can not be understood and accepted
Well ,Nan , just take it easy , Forget it ! do what you like to do , laugh move on !

Your defense makes sense, Sayu... in a case of mergencey in a hotel. But NOT here. As far as I am concerned I would not let it go as easily. I agree with Oasis. Even if Asia FriendFinder management did it, the basic politeness would have been to warn Nan of it. Breaking into a private blog and writing an incomprehensible post is unacceptable. And if they did it to fix a problem without keeping the customer informed, I do not find it professional at all...

Oh Sorry ,Nan, i seems make no clear my means completely as hurry writting in late a night , Yes ,Davinci and Oasis's concerning must be cared for .surely , Still , there is one thing i am not aware is the contents they have posted in your blog space , just hypothesis it is their test code or something like that , if just some technical phrases or items ,( if i were in the case ,i may be able to judge what is it , if harmful or not , then still can email them ask the reason why ) , then ,nothing severely ,of course , in the perfect situation , they 'd better leave no any trail viewing by the guest, just avoid bring unnecessary trouble and panic . perhaps , it is a careless or what have to , as for is there a possibility of Oasis mentioned ? by my observing , a little , of course , no one can make sure 100% without knowing all information .
So stiil say to you ,Nan, Don't worry too much , laugh ,move on !

NNM, I was worried about what was going on at your Blog. I agree with Davinci that it is unacceptable to do some testing without informing the customer in advance. I am glad that it's ok now. Enjoy Blogging. Have a nice day.

Nan,
I think I have tested your blog and seems to be fine.
As for the above survey, hmm..I think it is all about the C-word.. Cupid, chemistry and chance.
So hope Cupid is working overtime with her helpers this coming V-day for all..

My "fans" obviously agree with you, dummy: none of those categories would do alone, they would pick out from several and make their own mixtures. Let's see...
• France would pick from #4 & #7: naturally smart and understanding and educated but modest. Let's say it with a rhyme: a prudent choice, Rejoyce!
• Davinci would keep it simple by picking from two opposite categories, ie #7 & #2, perhaps: original, nonconformist and respectful of traditions – which also implies caring, adaptable and nonconformist!.. Well… good luck, Dav!
• Platofans's dream partner is a hybrid from categories #6, #2, #3, #1 and #4. Her partner should be humorous, caring, rich, handsome and smart. Hey! is a chameleon or a fairy tale prince listening on, in here? Plato!
• Touch would be prepared to embrace a little bit of it all, from #1 to #10. To hell with criteria! So long as things happen on an established trial basis so as to reduce the long-term risks involved, you're a very easy-going, open-minded guy, Touch!
• In a similar fashion, Oasis can't be bothered with the listed categories or with preconceived idea of any kind. What counts is to be naturally attracted by a woman of any kind and apparently, he will see soon enough if the lady's attraction will last or not. An approach that's both reasonable and romantic, I'd say…
• Dummy would prefer a mix as well. Although we don't know what would prevail from the suggested categories, we know they wouldn't suffice – like Touch, Dummy has very eclectic tastes and wide ambitions… … together with a lot of patience, I imagine!
• Eclectic Gourmet is definitely a C-woman, who embarks with very eclectic tastes favouring elements unseen that draw people together. An approach similar to Oasis's, I think, although he doesn't mind so much about the alphabet...…
The point I was hoping to make with this post is that despite the stereotyped models modern society casts before our eyes and the superficial issues some media discuss, most people are aware that beauty, fame and wealth are not what matters most. We rather wish to find someone who has qualities of different kinds, most probably because we are attracted by a variety of human characteristics so as to fulfill our various needs and expectations. How reassuring on the one hand, but on the other I'm not surprised so many people have trouble finding a "soul mate"… and staying with them, considering the features listed above are subject to variations in most people, as time passes…
WoW! Let's stay cool and hopeful, my friends!
Thank you so much for taking part in this first poll post of mine and welcome back any time, whether after a test run or after encounters of the third type

To those of you who have read this post and the last few comments on it, but have not read the two other posts those comments refer to (they have since been deleted), I can sum up things as follows in case they'd like to understand what's going on.
• Two days ago, I found an unknown, anonymous new post on my blog AND an unknown, anonymous new comment on another post of mine called Of good mothers, not so good mothers and fairies.... The post AND the comment read: this is a test.
• Just before that happened, I had been in touch with A-F-F support to ask why Of good mothers, not so good mothers and fairies... was no longer in the Most Active Recent Posts category; well, it took 3 absurd answers and my legendary stubborness to get an explanation – which "incidentally" contained several incorrect pieces of information about the system they handle!
All of that led me to suppose that A-F-F support had left the this is a test post AND comment on my blog, or that a hacker had found the way into Splotchblog. So I published a post to disclose what I found – and still find! – unacceptable and to ask for bloggers' advice on the matter.
Later on, thinking it was best to keep cool, I deleted both posts: the anonymous one and my own (I left the comment on Of good mothers, not so good mothers and fairies..., where it still is). But a few bloggers had already read them and they sent me their comments all the same – only they did so on the last post of mine they found – this one. Hence the reactions above that have nothing to do with why you fancy someone.
I have sent A-F-F support an email to ask whether they are responsible for this and I am now expecting an answer.
Although I understand Sayu's advice and would find it reasonable in the situation she uses for comparison, ie as a hotel guest because as such you know that someone may walk into your room while you are away, I can't just follow it here, where no warning is given that your privacy may be violated. Depending on what answer I get to my email, I will not be prepared to "let it go so easily" either.
Again, I wish to thank you all for responding my help call. Your different reactions have helped me to take more elements into consideration, it was very useful indeed

well I have to say of course an asian, caring, funny, sweet, kind, loving, but not overbearing. Not one that will get upset if you do not answer the phone or if your eyes wonder when walking down the street.

Welcome to SpLoTcHbLoG, room1616!
Ummm… To me, not answering the phone and having your eyes wondering about when you're with her doesn't seem the best way to be "caring, funny, sweet, kind, loving" in return. Wouldn't you mind if she didn't pick up the phone when you called her, or if she couldn't keep her eyes off other men while walking the streets with you?

I will not get mad if she looks as long as she does not wonder to them.if she does not answer the phone then it does not bother me.I can always text her, hahaha but if a guy answers the phone than watch out.

I am not sure what is happening but it appears there is a group or individual out there attacking blogs. Several of my blogs were suspended for various reasons. Several comments were deleted by A F F because someone complained that the comments were s*e*x*u*a*l*l*y explicit or contained (heavens forbid) bad words. I am finally able to post again today.

lolol...nothing like the slippery freedom of a blog squatter..no one could catch me or ruin my day ..there is something very liberating about being anonymous and not owning anything here.
Nan, don't let all this frustrate you, there is more to life than get irritated by this cyber farce by those who have nothing better to do than sabotage your posts. Take a break Nan, it is V-day , go get drunk and laugh this off..I am all packed and ready to go, to sunny Singapore and CNY..can't wait to plunge into the deep end of CNY festivities and food ..glorious CNY menu! My favourite is the raw fish dish which is a special dish only eaten in Singapore and Malaysia at CNY..nothing like food to distract us from the mundaneness of dreary grind..Happy Valentines Nan.

Hey Nan.
To add to the paranoia level.
I received an Asia FriendFinder email notification this morning.
I clicked on the 'Read Now' link, entered my password etc. and - was promptly logged into their account. Full access to all their emails, etc., etc.
I called Support and got the usual it's a problem with your browser, who is your ISP, etc. etc. I've been involved with IT for more than 25 years. This is a big problem. The Asia FriendFinder email contained the security info of the person who emailed me.
Go figure.
This is not good.

Thank you for your info, Ric. I agree: this does not sound good at all. And it looks like San Francisco Boy just went through serious trouble as well...
However, Asia FriendFinder support team have now replied my email asking about "This is a test". Below is their answer.
======================================================= Dear Member,
Thank you for contacting customer support. We apologize for any inconvenience you may be experiencing.
The new post"This is a post" was posted by us,we are really sorry about this, since the last time we were tried to tested your blog if it is working,so we created this test post. We will happy to remove the post and comments for you,if you are demand.
Please accept our apology once again.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us again.
Thank you. =======================================================
I'd like to point out that despite their apologies, I still find unacceptable that they published a post and a comment on my blog without mentioning it to me, especially considering we were in regular touch at the time.
I'm not inclined to make disagreements get out of proportion, so no problem, Sayouu and EG, I'll leave things to this point for now and will enjoy myself all the same. But this has made me really cautious and I guess it should make you feel the same.
Whatever bug lands on this site from now on, you'd better be aware that it could go as far as this, as far as logging unexpectedly into Asia FriendFinder account as Ric did or as far as having suspended posts for imaginary sekshual reasons, as it happened to SFBoy.
Should you experience similar disagreements, I suggest you leave a comment on this post to inform other bloggers.
Thank you all for sharing and for your kind concern!

Well, at 14 votes in a little less than 3 weeks and with 550 views, it looks like people don't feel like sharing their inclinations about their ideal partner's main features!
From what it seems, Toukki's I chose original and creative but im a traditionalist, so he gotta be a bit of traditional values lolz. and Davinci's If I had to determine the most important traits in one line, I'd say original and traditional could find an interesting match in each other –
Should you two wish to use my email to exchange address/phone number/photos/winks, etc, don't hesitate. Forwarding fees are sent on email request.
On a more serious note, I'm pleased to see that creative, communicative, fun loving people have taken a good lead! I know quite a few on this site whom I'd rate as such because they often brighten my days with their inventive comments or jokes, so I'm glad to go along with this kind of majority!
Don't lose your case, HousePunk, it looks like you have a precious in there!
